Enzo Fernandez's partner, Valentina Cervantes, posted a message of support to the Chelsea midfielder after his side came from behind to beat Real Betis in the Conference League final on Wednesday night.

The couple announced a shock separation late last year. However, Cervantes was in attendance along with their two children for the clash in Wroclaw to show support as Fernandez equalised before Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moises Caicedo wrapped up the 4-1 victory.
